20 Turn Deals Still Hard Coded

I asked Jonah Falcon if you could set the amount of turns for a deal to last in human negotiations, and he said no, it's still hard coded to 20 turns.

That is a bummer... I can understand hard coding it for AI games.. but it kind of limits things for humans.
