I have not been able to vote on a poll for two months
I get the annoying "session is invalid" stuff every time. It is really annoying. If there is a poll I'm interested in, not only can I not vote, but I have to click "view results" every time I want to see the votes.  Is there any fix for this?

Ixy, where did you get that inside hint?  I've heard that mugs, mousepads and T-shirts in general would be a good investment now.

One of the Civfanatics were found that non updated AOL browser was conflicting with some VBB fuctions.

I was using my cs(aol) browser to view CFC because it is really easy to use. There are probs with 2.2.6(they suggest upgrading to 2.2.8) with AOL and that is why it wouldn't work right.

Yes, I used to have this problem on my university ISP when I used to be a PhD student, although that problem doesn't exist on here. I figured out it was something to do with the proxy server, although there wasn't anything I could do about it...

By any chance did you leave the "name' fields blank in your registration info? I had the same problem (with the same error message) while I left mine in that condition. Now that I've filled them in, I'm able to vote in polls.
