i mod the ingame music even when playing normal civ game. It works the same with sims, just replace the mp3 file with your own choice, but it seems like the songs dont work unless it is specifically renamed in the format of old mp3s.
Listening to rap and electronic techno music while playing moderne era is cool, and 9th symphony during industrial too...

The music did sound good, but I just run Winamp in the background when I play Civ anyway so I'm not too concerned about that.
The trailer was good though, it pretty much did what it was supposed to do.

Why is it wasted because a trailer did little for you? Did you spend money for the trailer?
BTW, why would you spend $35 since the retail price is $30 (and you will be able to get it for less if you shop around)?

According to the Last Firaxis Chat at CivFanatics, there are 3 new pieces of music:

Which composer is Firaxis hiring for the music in PTW (and any further games)? I ask this question because music plays an essential part in the gaming experience these days, as would be witnessed with Jeremy Soule's work in Total Annihilation and Icewind Dale, or Mark Morgan's score in Giants and Planescape: Torment.
<+FXS_Speed_Bump> Rex: Mark Cromer is the in house guy.
<+Jeff_Morris_FIRAXIS> Rex: PTW has 3 original scores in

That's what Jeff Morris said; I didn't know it until I read it in the chat. I would be curious as to where they are? Guess we will have to wait for the game?
