A New Resource? From New Screenshots...

Just wondering if anyone knows if Firaxis added a new resource to the game? I saw this icon on one of the new screenshots on GameSpot but its nothing I've heard of before.

In the same full screen I can see Iron and Gems and Gold and anything else it could be ... anybody got any ideas?
