Q. What is a democracy game?
A: A shared game of SMAC, where players vote to make decisions. This game however, is run by several teams who play the game in PBEM format. Specific workings of the game may vary from team to team.
Q: What are the rules?
A: Again, inside teams they may vary. However there are several rules to which each team must adhere:
* Each team may only hold the save for 24 hours
* Each team must have a 15x19 pixel image to represent themselves
* Each team must post the save in the "Post the Save Here" thread when they have finished playing it (?????)
Q. How do I join?
A: Click on the "join" button of the corresponding team at the top of the forum page. In order to prevent enemy "spies" from being admitted to teams, that team's leader must approve all applications

Large, somewhere between 50% and 70% water
Weak erosion (so good mountains and minerals)

Dense cloud cover (for those juicy nut tiles and plentiful rivers)
Light, scattered fungus
Unity seed pods widely distributed, but tweaked to not produce AA’s or techs
The game start:
You start with 3 Colony Pods and 3 scouts (Pirates with 1 Gunship)
The AI each has 3 prebuilt bases (allows Googlie to tweak their Governors)
The Empath Guild has been disabled
The year is 2102
