End movie disabled?
There is supposed to be a sort of playback feature at the end of Civ 3 in which the significant events of the game are reciounted. For me this feature worked the first time I played Civ 3, but I never got it to work again. Was this feature disabled by one of the patches?

It's always worked for me the three or four times I've won. Odd. Have you tried re-installing Civ3?

Dr.,
Did you see the playback screen? If so, did you hit play and wait a loooong time?

to add to what Theseus said, the game has to load the whole movie before viewing. If you had a massive 400 city game, then it may take a while depending on your pc specs.

It hasn't been disabled at all. You must be skipping past it. Take the above advice.

Yes, huge maps and lots of cities can take a while to load into the replay feature.

One time when I won a game where I had a lot of cities I also thought the game was broken, but it turned out it just needed time to load the replay....

Imagine how much I had to wait when I played huge maps on my old P550...
Oh, wait, I never played huge maps on it...

A similar question-- is it possible to play the end of game movie other than at the end of game? Is there some file we can load to see it? This would be helpful if had a series of saved games and didn't remember how the first play of the game went, and want to see how much you can improve with the second play.
