FInally the Americans will be worth something.
Something that pissed me off about the cool American jet is that I got little chance to use it. The AI never bombs properly. And when I mean properly I mean carpet bombing. Now with "intelligent" humans behind the controls doing nasty tricks like instead of bombing cities and trying to hit factories and units, just use 20 bombers to carpet bomb all the lands around the city and reduce it's mines, rails and irri to nothing. This does a lot more damadge to a city's production power. Do this to a few core cities and they are in deep trouble. Workers will never be able to sooundly work on the front lines either.
Yes, I predict that fighters will be a lot more useful...

Interesting point Aahz, tactical use of bombers by human players will, at least in theory, make fighters much more useful.
