Foriegn Minister's Report: China 1440
China (in this game) is to us, like Canada is to India. There big pop. wise, were big mile wise, and we're smarted than them, but they got a bigger, better army. My plan is to make peace, and trade Carvans with them. OH, next time we meet them, were going to be forced to sign a crease-fire by the Sental, (might change.)

The majority is for peace and trade, OK. 
But about techs, I think Chinese are the most advanced civ after us. Let's avoid help them to progress by exchanging tech with them !
