Correct Civ Placements

Is it me or some of these programs in to place your civs correctly on the maps...

is it me or are they a bit confusing for the average user? Id like to play on a real work map without the hassle of placing the correct civ on the map manually... is there a way?

well, I play only on random maps, but IIRC there is a version for 1.29, maybe some other guy modified it.

IIRC = If I remember correctly

the sav was maybe prepatch 1.29.
1.29 can't open earlier versions

Why are you using such archaic programs? It will take you 3 minutes to go into the editor and place the correct starting locations yourself (you can do that now with 1.29)
