make sure we get gene splicing from Zak if he has it. if he does, when we acquire it, give it to morgan. then in 2 turns, call up morgan and ask for his new tech.

if zak doesn't have it, call up morgan in 2 turns and ask for it from him.
(this wasnt officially polled, but since nobody has a better idea...)

For the moment, stick with the current Social Engineering values. The Commissioner may raise the psych rate if necessary to prevent drone riots, taking 10% from economy, then 10% from energy. However, I suggest that any riots be handled by making specialists (DIE's responsibility) instead.

1) hurry the VW enough so we beat zakarov

2) if morgan is obsitnate to us, ask him for a loan, if he still has ok relations with us nothing

3) ask director of BP to add crawlers to the base ques wherever they can be built in a good amount of time

4) if zakarov wants to sell his tech rather than trade, I suggest we accept his offer if its 50 credits or less.

1. move NE and build forest on (23.97)

1. stop removing fungus before finishing MY 2181
2. send it south to help former b) with the same tasks

1. stop building a solar collector before finishing MY 2181
2. plant a forest instead

4. help the former e) around Mysidia if still busy with something
