Questions, questions...

Well, as you probably guessed, I have some problems with the creation of my mod:

- How can you make the years move in different incriments?

- How can you stop the technological advances (I don't want you to go farther than Education...it will not go any farther)

Well, this is it, and I'm sure that they are not difficult problems, I just can't figure it out.

1 I'm not sure of I haven't played with the PTW editor yet, and am not sure it is possible.

2. You can either A give them an out rageous cost that way it takes the whole scenario to develope them. Or B (Which should be done in A as well) Delete all techs after Education.

To change the timeflow you need to have Civ3:PTW expansion.
