Ending War-Time Mobilization
I was wondering... I noticed that I can't switch back and forth between wartime and the other mode.... how do i go about doing this?
I have not declared war on anyone.. i mobilzed for the barbarians.

You will have to start a war with another Civ, and then get a peace treaty.

haha,
yes, unfortunately that's the only way to get out of mobilization, end a war. which means to start a war. Its like that to prevent human exploitation.but it does seem weird.

oh, to add, you can end a war by a truce or the destruction of the enemy.
so if a civ is at war and losing, I would jump on the bandwagon towards the end. That way, they lose units and cities, and will be more likely to give you peace quickly or even better be destroyed

I think you can end war-time by entering war, atleast it has happened to me. Maybe in older version?
