Forget multiplayer . . .
. . . what about the other features of the game? You know, like stacked movement, airfields, The Internet wonder, the AI. I play single player most of the time so I would like to know how single player features work.

Yes, they do work fine - great even But SP in not the main point or meat of Play The World . If it was, they could have just named it Play By Yourself Expansion...

Hey, Chronus asked about the SP portions specifically, not MP. IMNSHO, the SP portions of this expansion are worth the price of the expansion, but that's me.

I agree WarpStorm...I was just poking fun - not at Chronus, but at the general current PTW situation.

A number of helpful thing in PTW, one I like is to add the city scroll tab. I had missed that ability from civ2.

If you're going to buy PTW when Firaxis fulfills its promise of multiplayer, then (sigh) you might as well buy it now.

The single player PTW version is significantly better than Civ III - I particularly appreciate the REGICIDE game option - sort of like Chess and Civ all wrapped up in one.

Besides, playing PTW single-player now is the only way to be prepared for the competition once multiplayer is widely available.

I have been presuming that Turnless mode, as well as the other modes, is available in SP. Are my presumptions correct?
