How good is PTW now for scenario creation?
I know there is no events files but for those that have deleved into it how good is it now? Especially for a WW2 scenario with the AI heavily attacking the player.
Ie are there flags to mark cities that need to be captured etc etc.
How about a scenario creating rating 1-10 given that Civ3 is about a 1 and civ2 forgotten worlds is a 10.
