In all my recent games I have played both just Civ3 with 1.29 patch anf PTW I have notice the computer no longer wants to buy tech from me. They no longer give me gold per turn and only somtimes give me a large lum sum most of the other times, and most of the time they dont have anything to trade for it accept a world map and 9 gold, when I know it is wroth a lot more then that when you are the only civ that has the tech.
