Voice chat - how to make it work?

And by the way, let me say that I am very disappointed in the release of this buggy and clearly early product. Shame, shame, Firaxis.

Supposedly this expansion enables the ability to voice chat in a MP game. The manual and readme contain little information. Has anyone gotten this feature to work? If so, how. My microphone works, and I have used the test wizard.

It works for me. Did you hit TAB like it says when talking? BTW, you won't hear yourself.
