Foreign, City-Planner, and Imperial Expansion Polls?
I was hoping to see polls from the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, City-Planning, and Imperial Expansion by now, so that the new President (whenever he is *finally* chosen)   would be able to start a session as soon as possible...
Is there a reason for the Ministers *not* to post polls yet?

perhaps my first poll should be should the minister of imp exp receive the save game file?

and i goofed up my first attempt at a poll and had to leave My PC before able to finish the re-post. i have it on paper here with me and will try to post it on my Lunch break today.
