Some users who aren't in the database are ignored automatically. For me however, I just see their posts as per normal. Light ultra-special style.

The DanQ in that thread and the DanQ login that he currently uses are 2 different logins. The one he currently uses is in the database, the guest one is not.

Or finding out their password, logging in as them and checking out their ignore list. Although my version is far more difficult AND more likely to get you punished.
