Cheat Mode?
Is there a cheat mode in PTW? It was fun in Civ 2, and CTP blasting legions with F-16 in the year 2000 B.C. Couldn't find such a mode in Civ3!

No cheat mode. Some small things that the human can do but no cheats, sorry.
