There are no nationalities. Only the Great Banana.
Sometimes I'm ashamed of the Great Banana, though.

I don't identify with my nationality - that's why I don't see a reason to be ashamed of it...

At times. But I'm also often proud to be American. Sometimes both at once.
There are times, even, when I'm ashamed of humanity in general.

I would rather be French than certain other nationalities.
Why the constant France-bashing?

This thread is silly, no one will never admit that his nationality sucks. I just can't imagine this.
|
 Why wouldn't "they"?
I always admits that my country sucks, if somebody asks... I believe most of my friends/family knows I'll move out of here ASAP
I'm just sooooo tired of living here... I have been living here, my whole life, and so has my parents and grandparents, and their grandparents...etc, etc, etc... so, NO, I didn't just move to this place some time ago, or have any other culture than danish... I just simply don't like it here for several reasons (If you want to hear why, I'll tell you why, but until somebody asks about it...I'll just shut up)

Even though America has it's downfalls, it is still the best country in the world.
Ppl pick on the French because it's easy, it's fun, and no one really likes them since they are snobby. This is not an over generalization, I know, since I have never been France. (hehe)

Only Americans pick on the french that much (yeah, the english as well, but not to the same degree)
I think Americans don't like the fact that the french act so superior around Americans, specially when Americans think they are the greatest thing under the sun: so they find everything they can that could be construed as somewhat offensive about the French (german victory in 6 weeks, an 'effeminite' character to french men) and then run with it.
The problem is that the French do have a lot to act superior about, even around Americans.

Well...I don't like the cold climate, but that's not Denmarks fault... The "Jante Law" is both good and bad, so I'm neutral about it... and beer...well...I have yet to find a beer that tastes good...but I guess nomatter were I go, I wont find it, so I've given up all hope about finding good beer...
What bothers me most is the royalities... I simply just don't like 'em (not necesarily the persons...just the title...and what the title gives to the persons with the title)... You hear about those royal people EVERY SINGLE DAY
And the second worst thing is the people...99% of the Danes wants to "get something" before they "Give something" (Though I don't know if there's that much difference in other countries... but I hope so)
This was just the two worst problems about this place...well...three if you count the climate problem too...
And where would I move? I'm about 90% certain it will be to California, though I have given some thoughts about other (non American) places too...(Like Italy)

Not the only country. It happens in many countries.
Poor McDonald's is the #1 identification target for opposistion to "US imperialism".
Good for its competition though, in a perverted/ counterproductive sense.

If there are two flags in the world I hate, its the Libyan one and the Spanish one. Ugh.....Spanish though is redeemable since it doesnt use just one solid color (which is just plain lazy).
Anyway....but Americans do need to realize that France did kind of help them with their independence. Funny thought now that you think of it

Why would you hate the Lybian flag?
It's so nice... it's so.... how can I say?.... GREEN
Saluti
PS: I'm not ashamed of my nationality, maybe a bit ashamed of some Italian corrupted politicians... but defintly not ashamed of being the country of Michelangelo, Leonardo, Reinassance and many others.
