Ive heard about some of the England players moaning about safety. Aparently they want the Government to make a decision on it and the Government want the England squad to make a decision to go or not. If theres any team that shouldnt have to play in Zimbabwe it should be us. Either way the ICC is gonna be pissed off whatever we do, they always are.
I prefer Test Match cricket myself.

Sorry Frozzy, you’re more than welcome to have an opinion about my country, but your opinion, and that of most people in the rest of the world is wrong. Comparing South Africa to a nation that is ruled by a power-hungry tyrant, or a nation burdened by corruption, is not only unfair, but blatantly ignorant.
We may not be perfect – but we get closer every day. Come visit us one day. I trust you’ll understand us better then.

With the same logic you could say, that the US is an unsave place to go. Just think of the Bronx or other areas like those......
Or as a black being in the south. can be dangerous as well.
Means, the US is as bad Zimbabwe or Kenia !!!!!!!!
And DoT,
never been to SA, but what I heard and seen (actually by friends who went there), mostly a nice country.

We are not that ignorant although you should not ask any country outside of the former commonwealth how is it played or what are the rules... I must admit this game sounds as strange as Baseball but I would never commit the mistake to write they are the same, they are related the same way Rugby and (US) Football are...

DoT, I suppose... I thought there was a lot of crime in SA... I watched a reality TV show where they went around the world, and they had to go to a slum or something in Johannesburg. A woman on the bus said (it was with camera) "Do not go there! If you go there you will be killed".
Kind of scary, but I agree, the wildlife and the fact you have a stable democracy (compared to the other African countries) is impeccable.
I was merely relating to the crime levels (since the report was on security at the world cup.
Issy, handball is illegal in soccer
And how can you not enjoy the competative influence of soccer Zappy doo doo

soccer isn't bad, but it means nothing compared to the illinois-michigan game on sunday. Illinois is 35-1 at home in the last 2 and a half years, with Michigan State giving the illini their only loss, its time for a rematch, this time at Michigan State

You forget the referee should have whistled a penalty try for France and that the AB scored two very lucky tries.
But it is not important as we only care about the A teams.
Twickenham will be the first stage of our victory in the RWC.

France will win because everybody thinks they will loose. Do you remember a semi-final in the last world cup?

Do you know there is a Rugby thread in the Off-Topic part of the Apolyton Forum Frozzy? You are welcomed as long as you don't speak about S****** and L***** Rugby. Some of the posters here even freely speak about Cricket (that is authorized).
Warning: solid sense of humour and self-derision required.

well, i always wonder why people enjoy watching 24 (iirc) more-ore-less-adult men (or women sometimes) running behind and fighting for one ball.
sure there would be enough money to get everyone a ball of his or her own, so they could just be happy and do someting usefull with their lives, like playing ctp for example
