Unlimited Background Music Loop Driving Me Crazy!
I've noticed something about Civ3. You're unable to change your music like you were able to in Civ2 (unless I haven't found the option to). Is there a way to change the music? Because I've been sittin at a game once today, and the music literally went on for a couple hours non stop. The same kind of music. Now the music in there is great, but I don't want the same kind of music to last forever.
Is there a way to change this?

Yes and no.
No, there are no other music tracks in the game.
Yes, you can play other music by turning off the music and turning on some mp3s or something in the background.
I always play the Lord of the Rings movie soundtrack while playing, on loop.

Ah, ok. This was in the PTW forum but he didn't mention anything specifically about being unable to play music or a PTW problem. Very well.
What is the screwup exactly?

Why not turn off the music and use you own Cd/DVD/radio whatever you like?

I"m not sure, I havem't had it myself (I use default music), but apparently with music volume set to 0, the diplo music will still play. I think it also causes some stability issues too. If you want more, try a search in the PtW forum with Winamp.
Note, there are two bugs with Winamp, this and some other one.

I was saying that the background music playing on one song is an endless loop. I've heard it change to several different songs before. I'm not sure if this is a real issue or not, cause I do like some of the music associated with PTW.
