ok my last turnthread as commissioner...i need the orders....and maniac would you be so kind to please finish this term....i will try to follow them this time...the problem is that i have a very bussy life....i have school until 16.30 then i have to learn....i train 5 times a week and i work....besides that i have currently a school endproject that i am working on.....so when i play the game I am:
a) tired
b) kinda in a hurry
c)also working on how to alter gunpowder so that is it usable in rockets (school end project)

so i will do the last one every order exactly as you want me too this time but i could use those orders.....from everone

The T&C orders from last time still aren't executed, so why don't you just use those...

Three quarters of them yes. Anyway:

Orders of the Directorate of Terraformation and Colonization

Base locations: (14.54), (19.59), (6.108), (5.113), (19.107), (30.98)

Some quick orders. Not the best possible, but I refuse to spend much time on it.

Sea formers

Improve the bonus tiles.

Formers near Crystalis/UNP1
One former goes to the nutrient tile, FIRST builds a road and THEN a forest.
The second former finishes the road on its current square and then helps the other former foresting the nutrient tile.
When finished, let these formers plant forest on the non-fungal river squares.

Formers south and east of New Tassagrad
Plant forests on the road between New Tassagrad and Mysidia

Formers near Deus Ex Machina
Build road to (6.108). Build sensor array on that future base square.

Formers near Tacticus Academy
Build farm&condensors on those flat squares near TacAc.

Some more care for these:

Formers near Sheathed Sword
The former building a solar collector STOPS IMMEDIATELY and starts on a condenser instead. The second former nearby constructs a road on its current square and then helps the other complete the condenser.
When finished, do the following orders on square (13.59) in the order I tell them: first road, then farm, then condenser.

Formers near Terminal Dogma
Former SW of base: move SE to the rocky square. First build road, then mine.
Other three formers: first remove fungus, then build road on the square. When finished, one moves to build roads on the four non-fungal flat squares E of Terminal Dogma. The other two build roads on squares (17.63), (16,62) and (17.61).

Also since I have ambitions for governor of Jedinica Province, the Ds of BP and IE are missing, and the D of PO hasn't done a thing, I'd like to propose some changes:

Concordia:
Change build queue to Rec Commons and then Network Node. So do NOT finish that crawler.
When the rec commons is finished, please switch some doctors back to the fields.
Please upgrade the scout patrol garrison to a 1-1-1 non-lethal methods special ability unit.

Pandemonium:
Please upgrade the scout patrol garrison to a 1-1-1 police special ability unit. Otherwise there will be a riot in two years.

Sheathed Sword:
Switch workers to the rocky minerals and the farmed flat&rainy square.

Keep orders from last time: Maintain the present social settings until we research Cyberethics, at which time change directly to Knowledge.

As for availability, this coming week is an abnormal one for me, so I can't really say. Tell me a time two days beforehand and I'll say if I can make it. The weekend should be fine.

With the absence of dmm1285 and with all the talk about crawler overproduction in New Apolyton, can I suggest some crawler orders? Or is Maniac still doing that?

Anyway, if were having turnchat/thread before the new governance takes over and Maniac isn't doing them, here are some orders we could use:

Crawler (14,90) (NA) rehome to TBIBTU, crawl energy (13,63) (energy bonus) - especially if we can get it solared soon.

(8,92) (NA) rehome to Concordia, crawl min (12,74) 7 min mine - change worker (12, 74) to (9,73).

(23,91) (NA) rehome to New Suez, crawl min (23, 91).

(8,94) (NA) rehome to UNPD, crawl min (8,94).

(11,97) (NA) rehome New Tassagrad, crawl food (6,112).

(10,104) (NA) rehome New Tassagrad, crawl min (10,104).

(8, 104) (NA) rehome Dues Ex Machina, crawl min (8, 104).

(26, 96) (NA) rehome UNP1, crawl food (26,102) - Get it farm/condensed if possible.

(8,94) (NA) crawl 7 min mine (17,89) - change worker to forest.

(12,84) (Con) crawl min (12,78).

This reduces New Apolyton's eco-damage to 8 (from 80

) and it can still produce the CDF in 14 turns from scratch, with other bases production much improved. If that's not fast enough, then keep some more crawlers attached to NA.

And the ones to be built soon:

Sheathed Sword - crawl min (13,63).

Terminal Dogma - former (17,67) mine (18,68) then crawl min.

Pandemonium - rehome to Sheathed Sword, crawl food (13,61).

Concordia - crawl food (16,38).

Antioch - crawl min (13,89) and (8,92)

TBIBTU - have former solar (14,88) then crawl energy, and crawl food somewhere.

Tacticus Academy - crawl food somewhere.

UN Pizza Delivery - crawl min (8,106) and food somewhere.

Zanarkand Gate - crawl foos somewhere.

New Tassagrad - crawl min (10,110).

Mysidia - former (19,107) or any of the 3 on (18,108) mine (20,108) and crawl min.

New Suez - (crawl 25,97) min - change worker to sea.

We need many more farm/condensors to crawl food from, and more mines (outside base squares) because we're crawling minerals from forests, which isn't that productive! With this in mind , and seeing the number of new crawlers we're building without anywhere to put them, can we replace some crawlers in base queues with formers?

We also need some drone control facilities built in Concordia and Tacticus Academy quite urgently.
