Comments: Unlike many other people who have been caught cheating Pavlov actually admitted it and stayed around to face the music. However he still cheated hence why hes on here but he seems to have been forgiven mostly. And im assuming it was a rule changing cheat to enable him to win easily.
So hes still around but he did cheat and thus it will blot his record for some time to come.
