Take a Spy and gaurd it with a unit. Raize everything. You might kill your oppents rep by cutting off a luxary.

 Are you confusing games here? - "Take a Spy" how does one do this since, in PTW, you cannot build a "spy" only place them via covert mission in an enemies capital...
Maybe I've entered a vortex or maybe because I high, but please explain...

He's talking about the (D)ouble (Y)our (P)leasure Mod that comes with PTW. It features scores of new units, techs, buildings... it is an entirely new experience.
