Choke told me a while back he was moving and his computer time would be sporadic for up to 30 days I believe. This maybe one of those times where he cant get to a machine.

I do Not know what you mean by "gone". What he told me was there was a possibility he would not be able to get to a computer for 3 or 4 days at a time. Thats when I took over China for him, how long ago was that? I cant remember.

I'm sorry but I've moved and it looks like I probably won't be able to continue playing any of my PBEMs until I get the internet hooked up at my new place which won't be for a few weeks so feel free to replace me and if my replacement lets me play when I'm back good and if not that's ok.

German government deposed!
Today the Social-Revolutionary Party removed the Kaiser from his post and now anarchy reigns in germany. There is no official central government but Reinhard Baer of the SRs has declared himself de facto leader. In anti-imperialist, pro-socialist fashion Baer has put Germany's alliances and treaties with other nations back into review. He declares that the "petty bourgeouis won't oppress Germany anymore and mak us their lackey."
Baer is currently pro-isolation. The majority of the German people want an alliance, but with whom: the Oceanic or the Continental...?
Also in today's news, German forces, under the command of a rogue General, have seized Belgium. Germany is celebrating, but doesn't care that the General went rogue. Also Premier Baer has annunced German control over Sweden and Denmark: if any other country doesn't respect this there will be war. Also he stated any intervention on Germany soil by foreign forces duing the the revolution will be viewed as an act of war.

Also in AAOW PEBM, we increased ship movement as, it provided for a better, faster game. I am posting the modified rules and it would be nice if everyone agreed to increase ship move points

We have to descide. Either each of us downloads the new rules, either each of us doesn't, but not some part with the new rules, and some part without.
I'm for the new rules.

France has no problem with Germany rethinking its previous alliances, but our two countries had a signed agreement that Holland would be German and Belgium French. We don't care what regime is in charge; the treaty still stands in our minds. If Baer's government is too incompetent to even ask us what our past relations were, that is Germany's problem. You have one month to vacate both Belgian cities or WAR will begin (even though I'll lose).

Anyway, Ohwell asked me to post this on all of his games since he won't have access to the internet for a couple of days. He was caught cheating in the Another Imperialism 1870 PBEM at Apolyton. You guys can decide if you want him to continue playing; I don't care either way.

Actually my opinion has changed a bit since my post, after digging through some ancient history I've found that this isn't Ohwell's first time. In cases like Pavlov, Willemvanoranje, or Eivind I was willing to let them continue since they came clean immediately, and because they actually only did do it one time. Ohwell, on the other hand, was pretty evasive when accused, and even after confessing he claims he doesn't remember. That, combined with the fact that this isn't the first time, kinda makes me want a new player.

Yes, there are two instances in the Star Wars Insurrection PBEM where he did, but there may be others in other games, who knows. I couldn't check them because I'm in almost every game he is including that one, but after that game ended I could look. I'm willing to believe that that game and this game are the only times, but there's no way of knowing.

Russian anarchist leader and former tzar, Valuk has declared full support for the French and stated that Germany shall promptly recieve a declaration of war unless these demands are met:
- The Germans evacuate Belgium and continue with the evacuation of Bulgaria, that had begun under the previous kanzeller
- That the Germans immediately stop any preparations for war in Scandinavia.
Sweden is a part of Russia, according to the treaty with the previous kanzeller.
The neutrality of Denmark should be at least discussed with the oceanic alliance before it is violated.
- The Germans immediately sign at least peace treaties with their neighbours.

France thanks Czar Valuk for his continued support. We'd also like to remind Germany that we have no wish to divide ourselves with the Reich. In fact we hope that the new regime will see the benefits of continuing alliances with France and Russia.

I think the option's still open to let him continue; after all Spain isn't very significant anyway.

Premier Baer has stated that all treaties and alliances are under review. A decision will be given in 2 months.
OOC: Sure, he can stay, I don't mind. Also I say that we do not destroy civs in this PBEM and if they are entirely defeated we leave one city to the AI. Because in AAOW PBEM we destroyed Germany completely and when we wanted to restore her, it was much harder than if t existed in one city.

I find him a real jerk.

Today Foreign Minister Shroeder had a special meeting with Premier Baer. Baer was notified of some of the treaties his predecessor had made. Baer has reversed some of these: Bulgaria will remain under German control, and Serbia Russian. Denmark will be annexed, but Sweden decided at a later date.
OOC: Can everyone use the new rules I posted with the increased ship movement? Please?

I'm sorry you feel this way. I did not insult everyone, I only retaliated to Sun Tzu for calling me an ass.
And I don't really mind if you don't want me to stay; it is understandable.
