whoops! sorry JMarks but you'll have to play again.
the ANZAC let Choke replay the Germans november turn so you need to play from that one! (the one where Germany didn't invade France)

Ok, if this is wrong, then Choke must have posted the wrong turn.

Kawa Yannes woke from a night of resltess sleep. Something had been bothering him about the last few days. His secretary burst into the room...
'Exalted Yannes!'
'Just call me Yannes'
'Yes your Excellency, but your attention is needed in the diplomacy chamber immediatly, its an ambasador from Italy!'
Yannes had an odd feeling. 'Didn't he come by yesterday? Sign the treaty and everything?'
'What are you talking about sir, he said he would be here today, and you are making him wait.'
'No, he said he'd be here yesterday, and he was' Yannes said as he got up and prepared for the day. 'Anyway, I will be in shortly'
'Yes Exalted... uh, I mean Yannes'
Yannes knew he had met with the Italian dignitary before. But what really bothered him was that he had the same feeling yesterday. And the day before. He checked his calander. Hmmm, its still set to two days ago....

The impression I got was that someware along the line a save file where the ANZAC played his turn has been used, where he invaded Belgium and France. i.e. Choke's latest turn was not included, rather than it being a Ctrl+N or rules issuse, just the wrong save posted someware.

Guys, I checked myself and the file Choke posted on the 3rd ( this post) is absolutely correct. Arnhem and Amsterdam are German, Antwerp and Brussels are Independent, and no French units have been attacked (plus the German Kaiser in the savegame is 'Chokenblatt'). Jmarks has to play from THAT savegame and we should be golden. However many tries it's going to take I don't know.

After yet again faling to have significantly changed the future, the King of England wearily steped back into his time machine in his selfless quest to avert the Invasion of Holland.
Nope still the same damn thing. JMarks are you SURE you played from that latest save file Choke posted?!

I was talking to him on AIM and he said he did. He even emptied all savegames out of the scenario folder before downloading Choke's save just to make sure he'd click on the correct one, and still this happened. Either he was really tired or this is the most inexplicable glitch I've ever seen.
I say just play on, all it's going to mean is that my Belgian cities will just be smaller when I take them, no big deal. And maybe Germany can gift me a few artillery to make up for what was killed.

Britan declares that she will stay out of France and Germany's affairs untill this international incident is sorted out between them.
North Sea naval exercises conclude. Trade route set up with some French town.
BTW it looks like there was a bit of a naval battle in the English channel, so some French/German ships may have been destoyed in addition to the land conflict. Britain is still technicaly at war with Germany, so this need rectifying, and Germany still owes Briatin 1000 gold from months ago.
Alliance with Spain made official.
