Question on Patches

I only recently purchased CivIII after it had been out in the market for quite awhile. I have downloaded and installed the 1.29f patch. My question is are the previous patches included in that patch, or have I missed out on some important patches? (And, as a follow-up, if I have missed some important patches, where can I go to find them?)

It is enough to install 1.29f, all the previous patches are included.
