How do you guys put more than 16 civ on one map?

In the Editor:
World Sizes tab
Select World Size (e.g., Huge)
Number of Civs (set to desired number)

I play BtS (3.19) -- Noble or Prince, Rome, marathon speed, huge hemispheres (2 of them), aggressive AI, no tech brokering. I enjoy the Hephmod Beyond mod. For all non-civ computer uses, including internet, I use a Mac.

Be careful with the settings though. If you don't set the starting distance low enough when playing with a bunch of civs, some of them end up starting right next to each other. I've been using the following, and playing mainly on medium continents; seems to work:

World Size: 180x180
Starting Distance: 18
# of civs: 24

I also changed the optimal cities and tech rate, but those are more personal preference...
