Aaron, I'll be setting up an office of the Director of Social Engineering on Monday, when I'm back on my normal computer. If you want to debate policies, you can do so in there. I'll try to do up a complete policy list for that.
Though you can consider your Xeno-Cannabis legalized BTW. We're not going to prevent people from getting it and other similar drugs anyway, so we may as well have the government profiting from it. And if the private sector is running the industry, not only does the government get taxation income, but the people are assured better quality for their money, and aren't as likely to get ill side effects from Xeno-Cannabis that's been, say, spiked with E for instance.
