A few easy PtW questions...

Finally, I got PtW. Haven't started a game yet (crashed when I was about to) but:
1. How do you play with all 24 civs at once, if that is possible?
2. Where are the WWII/Dinosaur/Japan scenarios?
3. Is there a real map of Earth with accurate starting locations for all 24 where they can all be played at one?

1. Use the editor to make them possible, takes about a minute.

2. Someone has to make them still. All Firaxis did was make the units. That's not totally true. There is one scenario that has dinosaurs, and the various TETurkhan scenarios use the new units.

3. TETurkhan's has it for the 31 civs in his mod. It took me about 5 minutes to do this though on the maps that didn't.
