Well I hope you mean splitting files, what files are you trying to split?
In general there are some good easy to use utils available at tucows.com try Tucows - File Splitters

Yeah sometimes it is very important to spell something correctly. I already used one of the splitters on that page for splitting CTP2 savegames in order to attach them here in the forum.
