Can't REINSTALL

This is the message that I get when I try to reinstall Civ III on my pc. .DLLfile,BINKW32 DLL was not found.
Any thoughts?

Scandisk, Defrag etc or if all else fails format your hard drive and reload all your software. Make sure you save any saved work or games to disks first though.

EDIT you could try reloading windows also, this has sometimes worked for me if Im having problems without going to the drastic measure of formatting your harddrive.

try:

www.dll-files.com

and before re-installing delete or rename the folder titled something like:
Installshield ....

This folder will be hidden
