I Need a Giga-Map of Europe.
Big. Really big. Is there one lying around somewhere?
It should include little or no Scandinavia, a good portion of the Ukraine, all of mesopotamia up to the head of the Persian Gulf, Egypt, all of Great Britain, and the mahgreb (North Africa).
Thanx in advance.

Thanx Thoddy, but don't need any of the Americas for an ancient/classical period scenario.
So far, the FMK/Henrik map will work, but . . .
Does anyone have anything larger even than that?

You could try Harlan's European Map Maker (available at my MapEdit site, again) + MapEdit (once you get it to work)...
EMM is a big bitmap of Europe. With some cropping and resizing you can reduce it to the desired size and area, run it through MapEdit and finetune it with the map editor.

Actually Exile, my map isn't really mine, the original shape was made by Morten Blaabjerg (I think with assistance of mapedit) what i've done is place all the terrain (something FMK then undid in his version )
It might've been made the way mercator refers to.
