Heres what I have of the summer version. Still need to recolour sides, add trees, and then rocks...

Anybody got a couple of winterized Americans manning a 57mm anti-tank gun laying around someplace?

Ok... German situation report:
The army has reached as far as La Roche in the west as of 9PM Dec 19th. Bastogne looks as if it's going to hold out for some time. St. Vith is encircled and will fall within a day or two.

So Darth, what is that space in the top left of the map, I believe its locations were 46,40 or 40,46. I half expected to find Antwerp there, but when I arrived, it was blank. This couldn't be a mistake of placing a German unit there and deleting it, so it must have a purpose?

How did you make a picture appear alongside text in an event? Is it the Barbarian leader or something?

Will the day/night cycle affect unit stats? It would make sence that the airpower would be rather ineffective at night time...

German bombers will only function at night and regular air units (which aren't introduced until more than halfway through) will not function at night.
Infantry only move 1/3 at night and tanks move at half their normal speed.

How effective are the aircraft? I assume that the allied P-47's and Typhoons are pretty deadly, but I don't recall the Germans using airpower to great effect during the battle.

Let's find out.
But on another note, I'm still on schedule for a release around the 20th. I'm almost 2/3 done with the events and should be by the end of this weekend.

At the end of operations on the 29th (and the end of the scenario), the Wehrmacht has penetrated to the Meuse but has been unable to secure any footholds because of tenacious allied defenses.

German Tanks roll into sight of securing a major objective, but are cut short by the Führer's descision to end the offensive.

ok darth, here we go. my 1st feedback
ok, i wrote some facts while playing your scenario. í´ll attach the file down here after playing through it.
just some things you should reconsider:
- rename the railroads to soething like outskirts, suburbs etc.
- when capturing some cities there pops up the message that "Sergeants take volunteers from **** to stay beNhind ..."
- why there are only "green" german units? For the Volkssturm units that´s ok but for the 6th SS Panzer Army .... I doubt that.
- I also cannot understand why the Panzer Lehrdivision consists of green units.
- If you capture a city there pops up the message that "*** pretiEge gained".

Oh yeah i had forgot about that prestige misspeling.
I think that veteran units give the german player a lot of edge. Plus most panzer crews that fought in the ardennes were green.

Panzer Lehr was gutted after all the fighting. Most of Lehr in the Ardennes was green.
