Well, I changed my mind on a whim... Probably shouldn't have done so
But still, I expect RAs to be full-fledged local DMs. I will have a coordinating role, not the role of the almighty one who gets to decide everything.

I've been keeping myself busy with the PTW DG now... the Civ 3 one is finishing up, and doesn't really need me. The game here is a bit too beaurocratic now for my tastes, and there are greater lands to conquer in the PTW DG.
