Make the Catagories, post a thread, with each post taking up the different catagories. Update the Catagories when a nomination is made to the catagory (Submitted in a separate thread). THat way, say the funniest post or most brilliant Campain (at the time) it can all be kept in one place and reveiwed/added to at a later date.
