strategy guide
Does anyone know where I could find a really good overall strategy guide for SMAC? I have come to the conlclusion that I suck at this game on transcend, and I need help!

Look in the strategy forum under a heading called Vel's strategy guide 3.0 or something to that effect. Every SMACer shouldn't leave home (Earth) without it.
