Stumbles into DIA office after a short unexplained absence\
(OCC: Sorry about that, I just got back to Europe after an 8 hour flight)
Build: the proposal here being that we build up the infrastructure of the bases in region 4 (yet to be named), priority would go to facilities such as Children’s Creech, etc.
Explore: probe teams, and exploration units take priority
Discover: research facilities (i.e. Network Notes)
Conquer: WAR, WAR, and more WAR
Also TKG has informed me that DBTS is interested ships (probes and 5-1t-4's), I am proposing that this be placed in priority queue in New Suez.

I'd like to make a suggestion for the crawler to the north of NS; until we get a former up to clear the fungus and repair the tile, it should crawl nutrients from the fungus to speed up growth in NS.
