General Foriegn Ministry poll
How should we use our Diplomats? I've noticed we have several garrisoned in various cities across our empire. Should they remain on defence or be sent out to create mischief overseas?
Should we steal leadership from the AI? (Celts, Japanese and Mongols)

It makes sense to have a divisionof labor between attack and defense - not every home city needs a diplo guarding it (send them on attack), while more remote cities will benefit from their presence. In more established areas, we can get away with fewer dips in cities linked by railroads.

H Tower - I notice that the image you posted *seems* to be larger than 600 pixels. Did the maximize size change?

diplos in our fringe cities, one diplo per 3-4 cities at home which are connected by RR....
send those dips out to steal steal steal, thats what they are for besides it prevents us from researching Leadership and it upgrades the military, surely the people see this vision

Send our lazy diplomats abroad
and steal Leadership. Even if we don't ever build a Dragoon, it is still on the path to computers. We might as well save some of our valuable beakers.
 Mischief is good as well...

Better still, bribe other units which are a long way from home, it may cost a little more, but it handicaps the expansion of the other Civs (although how many of the other CIVs are in Democracy?)

if you check the picture at the top of this thread, you'll notice that unless consul is the leader of a democracy, no one else is in a democracy
