New Treatys
Can we do that, like Union's of 3 or more nations with full rights, like Milatry pact's and right of passage. Or just onhe on one stuff like selling units, like selling a advance air unit to a civ who just got flight for X amount of gold?

AFAIK, you cannot de-hardcode.
So long...

er.. yes... what he said.
Hardcoded mean there is no way no how on this planet or any other that it can be changed. It's like saying "damnit, we can rearrange that elephants DNA to be cow by just using spray paint". It won't happen.

Going by the title of the thread, I thought this would be about proposed new diplomacy options. One option I always wanted to see is to trade land--like in the Louisiana Purchase. It would be great if you needed that one square to connect cities or to get a resource tile that a rival civ can't develop yet. Or if you're desperate for cash (like France was), you can sell off any undeveloped land.
