Question about downloaded units
A lot of the units I have downloaded didnt have as many flc files as the units already in Civ3. Does this mean that some of the animations won't work right? For example, I attack someone to the north, but my unit looks like it is attacking south. I've never actually used a created unit except the PTW extra ones so does anyone know the answer to this?

All the flcs that are included with a fan-made unit are complete in themselves, so you shouldn't have animations playing in the wrong directions. You are correct in that most units don't have the full compliment of flcs, often lacking fidget, fortify and fidget. In these situations, the civ3 game engine automatically plays the default animation. So there's no need to worry. Fan made units are always to a high standard, and will work correctly (unless it's you-know-who, CFC fans ).
