Guys there is something wrong with the game everytime I start the scen some of my units wandering around with Goto-commands but I've pressed CTRL+N.
Furthermore it can't have nothing to do with it because I can move some of my units but the others still wandering somewhere-else also I don't get notified when something new is build
Can somebody explain this to me?

Doesn't sound to good ... anybody else noticed anything?
As I didn't encounter any problems, I'll just have to sit down and listen.
To Japan from Russia (no hugs, no kisses):
Consider any japanese involvment in european (especially german) politics as unconstructive, thus hostile.

Hmm it's interesting:
I played around a little bit and it looks like the units were moved before my turn actually comes up because I've chosen the Russians which started the round and than switched to the Germans but even than I can't use my units because they are actually moved. To me it looks like they were moved between our turns, this whole thing becomes more and more confusing

Further clarification:
Ok after more tests I can say the following for sure:
My units were moved between the German and the French turn. After the French ended their turn the computer took over and moved some of my units around and afterwards he gave control over to me.
This is the weirdest thing I've ever seen

To Galvatron:
Could it be that you gave these orders to those units?
My ships are also moving around when I start my turn but this is because I want it so.

HEUREKA
!!Mystery solved!!
Today I exactly replayed the last two turns with my colleagues at work (yes, before anyone ask, we do not have much to do at the moment ). We used two PC's and send each other the files.
And the outcome:
No AI interference. I could use all units from the beginning.
Therefore this must be the result of a compatibility problem somebody in this round may use an old set of files. We assume it may be Aka because he comes before me and in his round some of my units go rampage.
I've one question for Aka:
From where did you get the files? Perhaps you got an old version.

Here are some screenies to prove our excellent work:
Before the French turn:
Unfortunately the file is too big but I ziped it and you can download it and have a look on your own. Before the French turn there is nobody at the English coast. After the turn there is a German warship there moved by the AI.
And Schlumpf no I didn't send this ship there This ship wasn't even produced before my turn so I couldn't move it. It was ready and the AI moved it immediately.

And once again:
Before the French turn:
Nobody is in the neighbourhood of St. Petersburg.

Galvatron, I can tell you this from experience that the AI never takes control of your units before your turn, ONLY after your turn. Since this happened between the Japanese and French turns, AI crossover and/or incorrect rules files are not the explanation. So this really is weird.

What shall we do then?
I'm not an experienced scenario-player.
Maybe we could all check our versions of the script files...

I think we should restart and see if this happens again.
If it did than we should check our files.
We didn't played many turns so it won't be much lost if we start new.

It appears that Galvatron has been cheating. See http://apolyton.net/forums/showthrea...30#post1614430 for details.
This game has been checked, and it doesn't appear that Galvatron was cheating in it.

Hmmm.
Case & Darius, could you contact me?
I'm obviously concerned and curious about this. I strongly suspect someone in this game is cheating. I'd like more information.
Every time this problem has occurred, a cheating player has been the answer. I'm getting VERY annoyed with it. My scenario functions properly every time I play it and I'm tired of this sort of activity casting doubt on the functionality of my work.

Well, well, well. Very annoying. As I don't have the first clue on scenario building, editing and such, I ask you guys what happened.
My GUESS is that aka pressed enter after his turn was finished before saving and that the AI has played one turn for everybody. Now this would explain a lot-just have to check the dates.
I came to this conclusion together with aka last night. He'll replay that turn. Then we will see.

Galvatron In or Out?
Now to the cheating.
It was clearly stated in the first post of the thread that cheaters be banned. Galvatron was obviously caught cheating in another game.
As I don't know how to post a poll, let's have one by posting: Galvatron In or Out?
Ceteram says: Out. I don't play cheaters.

Schlumpf says:
I don't want to have a witch-hunt against Galvatron, especially because it is very probable that the problems encountered in our game are not his fault, but if it is really proven that he has cheated in another game thenI say:
To hell with him! I don't want to play with cheaters

For the last time, I'm telling you that AI crossover is NOT the explanation here. The ONLY time that the AI can move German units is between the German and American turns. Since it's confirmed that this glitch occurred between the Japanese and French turns, it was impossible for the AI to have taken over the German units.
I can also say rather confidently that cheating on Galvatron's part would NOT have caused this either, since that would have only affected units of the civ before him (France).
I have no idea how this could have happened, but I can tell you how it could not have happened.
At any rate, replaying the turn sounds like a good idea; if it doesn't happen again then no problem.

Darius, thanx again for your many and detailed explanations. We now know how it happened and that Galvatron "only" cheated somewhere else. Cool. Don't worry and thank you very much again.
Now let's get the thread back on topic.
sas: You are welcome.
Bump for aka.

Btw, any deals made by my predesessor must be resent to Berlin as soon as possible. However, I reserve the right to renegotiate new and present deals in accordance with the new leaderships agenda.
That agenda is yet to be decided on
EDIT: The save have a password for Germany. Can anyone remove it please?
