The Recreational Commons Juke Box
When I was in the Recreational Commons recently I noticed the Juke Box in the corner was empty. So I donated five records from my collection. There is room for lots more. Given the nature of where we are, I feel donated records should have existed on Earth and have some connection with our planetary situation.
For those who missed it first time round here are the five I donated.
A Hard Day on the Planet - Louden Wainwright III
Across The Universe - The Beatles
Space Oddity - David Bowie
The Planets Suite - Holst
The Day of the Locusts - Bob Dylan

And naturally the "S^2 Works" collection, by Shiro Sagisu, which contains all the Neon Genesis Evangelion soundtracks, and some bonus tracks.
And I'll throw in Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon for good measure.

Women, native Peackeeper, heard in the suburbs of The Hive
Una mattina mi son svegliato...
O bella ciao, bella ciao, bella ciao ciao ciao
O partigiano, portami via..
O bella ciao, bella ciao, bella ciao ciao ciao
o bella ciao, bella ciao, bella ciao ciao ciao
Mi seppellirai lassù in montagna..
o bella ciao, bella ciao, bella ciao ciao ciao
o bella ciao, bella ciao, bella ciao ciao ciao
o bella ciao, bella ciao, bella ciao ciao ciao

I read somewhere (can't remeber, probably OT) that it is possible to post a link to a music sample: so that if you click on the link you actually hear music.
Who ever posted gave an example by way of illustration without thinking much of it. But the sample was copyright and the owner joined Apolyton ? just to let people know that fact, but he was decent about it.
Did anyone else read that topic? Would it be a good thing for the Rec Com or the Juke box?

That would be definelty cool. Thus, anyone could hear the CCCP anthem while reading in the CCCP's Workshop, etc... Gotta post about that in the Community Forum.

Hmm, dunno, sounds like pretty useless clutter that eats up bandwidth to me. As I type this, we don't even have avatars showing.
