Ive been striving to make Outpost Orion a more user friendly experience. Its a nearly fully functional site now, and supports resolutions:
800x600
1024x768
1280x1024

i seemed to be getting quite a few pop-ups when visiting your page,
for the 1024*768 resolution size the links at the bottom (home, forum, etc) were fuzzy and should be redone so that they can be easily read

Doesn't work on Netscape 4.79
Tried MSIE. I hate frames.
The words in the tabs at the bottom are fuzzy at any chosen resolution. Often that means you've used .jpg at too low a rating. Use .gif or .png, which handle sharp lines better using lossless compression.
Other than that, looks good so far.

as for the popups, i believe its because you're using the link i provided here in, apolyton. Try typing in the url in your address box, i only get one popup for www.dot.tk
