The BBC pictures are a little more clear, from those I best like this one:
Though I've seen many much more interesting ideas, like those I posted in the last thread about this...
I'd say, they should go back to the drawing board...

Based on the BBC pics, they all look stupid. They should take the money and rebuild the old neighborhoods around the Battery.
I'm sure New Jersey would be more than happy to build some godawful monster building on their side of the Hudson, which 1) wouldn't clutter the NYC skyline and 2) would hide some of New Jersey from sight.

#2 or #5 (on the CNN site, not the BBC site which has another numbering)
#3 is really ugly!

I like the Foster and Partners one, thoguh I am not sure how it would fit in the skyline.

On the plus side, at least they are making it bigger than before and not just making it one big memorial park.
|
That would have been my suggestion
I know, it's a pride thing...
I don't any of these 7 are any good, but I wouldn't have at them that often, so.

Agree... I almost couldn't believe they even thought about just making it to some memorial park. A memorial park would just (in this case) be a sign of USA surrendering to terrorists (That's how I see it...)
