MObius is staying at the Palazzo Horse
Yes, another first for the OT, Mobius arrived this evening at the Palazzo Horse - or Fortress Horse or Festung Horse or Horse's house, take your pick with a charming young woman in tow. After getting the children off to bed, we had a very nice Indian meal and a few quiet glasses of wine.
On the way back from picking up the food I showed Mobius the big mob of kangaroos that live on the hill above our house.
More of his plans as I learn of them.

Are not you concerned that having 2 anti USA leftists in the same building will present an irresistable target for the CIA?

I can see it!
Kangaroos are those four-wheeled things with spare tyres, aren't they? See, I'm sharp!

Here's Mobius again flushed with success but having aged considerably after holding that camera to his face for far too long.

Actually I think it's from the lack of ozone down here and having to suffer Horse's corny jokes...
Yes, I can confirm the Palazzo is indeed great and that Horse and family have been charming hosts.
Well, I must be off now - tight schedule and all that (the GF is standing over my should tapping at her watch! )
We have an appointment with a giant 3-storey Merino (that's a Sheep to you uncultured lot!) - apparently you can walk up inside it through it's backside...
Don't worry MikeH - I'll post some pics for you when I get back to Sydney...
See Ya!

After some of the abuse I have to put up with from this forum, dealing with you, your wife and four young children was a walk in the park!
Here's AH at that Boddie's sign - did you know there is also a Dookie St and a Nimrod St in Canberra, is there something you want to share with us Stu?

Run lads - it's that Bloody AH come to hassle us again!
Here I was trying to do my David Attenborough filming and Horse frightened the Kangas away...
Merry Xmas everyone - I'm off down the beach now that we're staying at Bondi for a couple of weeks looking after a friend's place. It's a hard life!

That's a nifty little camera - those roos must have been 150 - 200 metres away.
The following week I missed 2 and hit one just near where you saw the roos at night.

It's actually his 4WD with roo bars - he spends each dusk patrolling the streets trying to run them over!

Where I come from, we shoot 'roos on sight.
Actually, we don’t have many Kangaroos here, probably to wet for them... .
On the other hand, we do have a bit of a scrub turkey problem, little buggers everywhere, come out at night and steal our children .

I thought your problem on the East Coast was those deadly Drop Bears - you never know what's hit you till it's too late!
