Tech extortion changed in PTW ?
Deity level, regiside, random settings,jungle start, 8 civ's, Carthage, 3 early wars with Babylon, the only civ close to me. The first was for iron. The next 2 were to prevent expansion. So after 20 turns and he sent settlers in my territory to settle some of my backfill I would call him up and demand techs for peace. Take 2 or 3 cities get the techs. Repeat. After that the whole game no one would give me a single tech for peace even when I had Abe Lincoln as the sole defender in his capital with one turn away from launching the space ship.
Also I noticed I could trade lux. and rescources in the peace negotions.
Never seen this before.
