I think it is because you have not posted in a long time... Which was my case in this game...
But anyway, the NVA supported by VC troops inside the city of Hue attempted to enter the city and they were stopped by US marines stationed in the city. China charges that the US indiscriminately shot at civilians...

It's NATO turn. I'm playing as USA, so we're allies. Nothing very important had happened: except
1) China has kicked out me of Korea and we're at war in Vietnam
2) Russia has set a puppet regime in Belice
3) USA has set some puppet regimes in Mexico and other Latin American countries

Just so you guys know, Pap contacted me on AIM and said that he spilled beer on his keyboard and can't afford a new one just yet. He just realized today that there's an on-screen keyboard you can use by clicking with your mouse, so he can play now but is having me post so that he doesn't have to click-type on all his threads. 
So, should Jim or Pap play?

Im also SEATO at CIVFAN and it wont hurt my feelings if you want it. (Im having a hard time keeping the three PBEM's of this Scenario straight.)
