Yesterday I signed a contract to work in the public schools of the next county. That means I'll be making some money

but it also means I'll have to spend a few nights a week sleeping there because it's a bit far from my house

I'll have to buy a used laptop because I'll be away from my home computer several nights a week. I need it to study, prepare classes and, of course, play Civ3 PBEM. When I get my first paycheque I'll treat you all to dinner (if you come to Korea)

Actually, it's just the text Outlook Express includes when you right-click a file and choose "Send by e-mail."
All deals will be sent in unintelligible Newfoundland dialect.

I have some moderately bad news to share with you. My financial advisor (i.e. The Missus) informs me that a laptop computer is not a top priority of this household. I quote, "Are you crazy? You don't need that." As I told you before, I will be out of town from Sunday evening to Wednesday evening so I won't be able to play on those days. Well, If I can get my turn before supper on Sundays then the only days I won't be able to play at all are Mondays and Tuesdays. Anyway, sorry for this but I'm hoping to get a transfer in September and then I will be home every evening.
